How billing works

Platform Fee: A small fee (5%, 3%, or 1% based on plan) is deducted per successful payment.
Same features: All plans include the same features — the difference is the platform fee tier.
Payment channels: Available channels depend on what's approved in your Xendit account.
Wallet load: A minimum ₱500 initial wallet load keeps your checkout live. Transaction fees are deducted from your balance — top up anytime. Wallet loads are non-refundable but never expire.

Tip: Match your plan to your monthly sales. At ₱50,000/month in sales, Business (3%) saves you ₱1,000 in fees vs Pro (5%) — for only ₱500 more. Past ₱150,000/month, Enterprise (1%) becomes your cheapest option.
